Additional Information
  • Not Wheelchair Accessible.
  • Guests must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance from the staff. This includes in the rare event of an emergency.

  • Guests are free to reschedule. Reschedules made with short notice may not always be able to be accommodated.
  • Free to change which guests are coming on the flight. This may affect our Weight and Balance performance which may require a change of flight. This may not always be possible with short notice.
  • We require two guests for a flight to go ahead. Maximum our aircraft can carry is weight-dependent, but up to 7 passengers.
  • In the event of weather that is too poor to complete the scenic flight, we will attempt to reschedule with a time that works for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be sent.
  • Not Wheelchair Accessible. Guests must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance from our staff. This includes in the rare event of an emergency.
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
